In 2013, I attended the two-week residential ‘Clore Fellowship’ leadership course, which developed the essential knowledge, confidence and skills required for today’s leaders, with sessions on: Media Training, Governance, Coaching Skills for Leaders, Enabling Personal, Finance, Team & Organisational Change, Sustainability and Authentic Leadership. Delivered by influential leaders such as Sir John Tusa, Dame Vivien Duffield, Sue Hoyle and Eve Poole.
